Beta Glucan stimulate the Langerhans cells (the skin’s inbuilt immune system) to activate the macrophages (white blood cells which fight invaders) within the dermis. Once activated, the macrophages release a series of compounds that stimulate the fibroblast cells to produce collagen and elastin. Vitamin C is used by the fibroblast cell in the production of collagen, and acts as an antioxidant and free radical scavenger to protect the skin.
How to Use
Apply two pumps onto clean, dry skin and

Ethyl Ascorbic Acid – The purest form of stable Vitamin C and most bioavailable. It’s the most stable and versatile of the Ascorbic Acids to date. Promotes collagen synthesis and lightens by inhibiting Tyrosinase activity. Converted to LAscorbic Acid upon penetration into the skin. Vitamin C is used by the Fibroblast cell in the production of collagen. It acts as an antioxidant and free radical scavenger to protect the skin. Assists in brightening skin and protecting against UVB damage. Benefits individuals suffering with acne or eczema. Aids the healing of acne pustules and acne scars as well as reducing redness. Assists in the rejuvenation of aging skin cells and therefore commonly used following laser treatment to speed the healing.
Betaglucan – Protects and repairs the immune function and stimulates Langerhans cells to reduce swelling, redness and inflammation and promotes healing.
